The most widely deployed mobile virtualization solution
Hi everyone! This is Richard and I'm a summer intern for OK Labs. I recently got some time to catch up with Rob McCammon. Take a look at what he had to say!
RW: What is your role at Open Kernel Labs?
RM: I am the Vice President of Product Management. My job is to help define the products of OK Labs and to produce of a clear product roadmap and how it changes over time.
RW: What is the best part about working at OK Labs?
RM: Out of all the great things about working at OK Labs, the best would have to be the fact that I get to work with a team that is motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and capable.
RW: Where is your favorite place to grab lunch?
RM: Roti Mediterranean Grill. We like this place because it’s different from the typical sandwich. I personally love it because its hummus is of the perfect consistency.
RW: Do you consider yourself a coffee person?
RM: Surprisingly no. I do however, enjoy Pepsi Max a lot.
RW: How do you like to spend your time when you’re not at work?
RM: I am actually a hardcore music fan. Even though I don’t play any instrument in particular, it’s still something that is very important to me.
RW: Are you originally from Chicago? What is your favorite thing about it here? Least favorite?
RM: My favorite thing has to be that it provides me with a lot of opportunity for listening to live music. Since I live in the suburbs, I have to say my least favorite thing about the city is the amount of time it takes to drive into the city.
RW: What is your honest opinion of Iggy?
RM: Iggy adds a lot to our corporate culture because he allows us to do a lot of fun things such as taking silly photos in all the places we travel to. Also when people are not here, it gives us the opportunity to have some fun by “Iguanifying” their desk.

With his challenging role and as the father of six, Rob would like to thank the makers of Diet Pepsi Max for allowing him to survive each day. Rob loves music and even when he is jet lagged and sleep-deprived, he would never miss a concert.
