Open Kernel Labs is in part the commercialization vehicle for NICTA’s R and D in embedded real time operating systems. Which is not to say that the output of all the work they do comes to OK. The relationship is ongoing and a close relationship and a collaborative relationship. As is typical of spinouts from R and D organizations from labs or universities, whether that is MIT, Carnegie Mellon, Stanford or what have you, they normally get a shareholding in the company. NICTA is a shareholder. They were previously an investor. An investor in the sense of having invested in the technology that we now own, develop and market. Most importantly we have this close on-going relationship, which provides a vehicle for commercializing the ongoing research that occurs over time and accrues to the company.
