Robert C. McCammon

 

Rob McCammon – embedded industry veteran, music lover, doughnut gourmand, and herder of technical cats – draws on more than 25 years of engineering, sales, and product management experience to meet market trends, assess ecosystem opportunities and develop successful product strategies. At OK Labs, he owns the roadmap and life-cycle for mobile virtualization solutions and the OKL4 product line. Rob also launched the OK Labs portfolio of services products including the successful Virtualization Integration Practice.

Before OK Labs, Rob was the Director of Advanced Technology Planning at Wind River Systems. He also managed both industry marketing and product management teams to deliver Wind’s industry-leading development tool and operating system products. Rob has also served in product management, sales, and marketing positions at Integrated Systems, Software Development Systems, and Mentor Graphics/Microtec Research, and cut his teeth in engineering and technical sales roles at Hughes Electronics and Hewlett-Packard.

Rob holds a Master of Management from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
